John O'Shea says he has no reason to complain about the Stradbroke Handicap weight for BTC Cup winner Sea Siren.
Sea Siren was given 52.5kg when handicaps for the $1 million sprint where released on Monday.
"It's about what I expected ... it's three kilograms below weight-for-age," O'Shea said.
"My only concern is the potential for a penalty if she wins the Doomben 10,000."
Sea Siren will be attempting to join La Montagna, the O'Shea-trained Private Steer and Dane Ripper as recent winners of Queensland's richest race as three-year-old fillies.
La Montagna (48.5kg) and Private Steer (48kg) carried the limit weight while Dane Ripper (50kg) was 1kg over.
Sea Siren, who has been given 2kg over this year's limit, shot to the top of Stradbroke betting after she ran record figures to beat Scenic Blast in the Group One BTC Cup at the weekend.
The filly is an $8.50 chance as she shades Buffering and Mental for favouritism.
Giving O'Shea some cause for worry is the predicament he faces trying to get Colorado Claire, another three-year-old filly, into the Stradbroke field.
The Phar Lap Stakes winner has been given 50.5kg - 6.5kg below weight-for-age - and she is 38th in ballot order of entry.
The Chris Waller-trained Albert The Fat heads Stradbroke weights with 58kg.
Last year's Emirates Stakes winner has half a kilo more than dual Stradbroke winner Black Piranha.
Now an eight-year-old, Black Piranha had 55.5kg in taking out the 2010 edition but he has gone winless in 16 starts since.
Sydney three-year-olds Mental and Pampelonne, who are at $9 and and $11 respectively in Stradbroke betting, have fared worse than Colorado Claire in the first order of entry.
Pampelonne, who is due to clash with Colorado Claire in Saturday's Scone Guineas, is 43rd in the ballot while impressive first-up Hawkesbury winner Mental is 50th. They were both given 50.5kg.
Darley mare Beaded, who was beaten a short neck by Sincero in last year's Stradbroke carrying 54kg, goes to 56kg.
She has the same weight as Group One Galaxy winner Temple Of Boom.
