Sydney filly Ambers Waltz remains favourite for the $2 million Magic Millions Classic ahead of Tuesday's declaration of final fields and barrier draw.

Final acceptances will also be taken for the $1 $1 million Magic Millions Trophy for three-year-olds and the $500,000 Magic Millions Cup for Queensland's richest day of racing at the Gold Coast.

All other races will be finalised on Wednesday with $4.6 million on offer for the program.

The John O'Shea-trained Ambers Waltz holds sway at $3.60 on TAB Sportsbet over Military Rose ($6.50) and Spirit Of Boom at $7.50.

Spirit Of Boom rocketed into contention with a devastating win over 900 metres at the Gold Coast on Saturday but will be going up an extra 300 metres.

Trained by Tony Gollan at Toowoomba, Spirit Of Boom will be ridden by regular partner Kristy Banks who will be aiming to become just the second female jockey to win the race.

Clare Lindop claimed the Magic Millions two years ago on Augusta Proud.

Leading Queensland jockey Stathi Katsidis will be aboard the Gillian Heinrich-trained Military Rose while Corey Brown rides Ambers Waltz.

Craig Williams takes the mount on the Gary Portelli-trained $13 chance Triple Crown who beat Ambers Waltz at Randwick on Boxing Day.

Portelli is confident Triple Crown can again acquit herself well given a good barrier.

"She's done well since the win but a good barrier would be a plus," Portelli said.

"She is still at home in Sydney and won't go up until later in the week."

Love Conquers All firmed to $5 favouritism for the Magic Millions Trophy (1400m) following the news last week Darren Beadman was coming from Hong Kong to ride him and stablemate O'Lonhro in the Magic Millions Cup (1400m).

Shoot Out and Graceful Anna are next at $6.

Katsidis will ride Shoot Out who finished a short half head second to Graceful Anna in the Group Three Vo Rogue Plate (1350m) on Boxing Day.

The races are restricted to graduates of the Magic Millions sales with this year's auctions getting underway on Wednesday.
