Unbeaten Queanbeyan filly Karuta Queen has been installed as favourite for next month's $2 million Magic Millions Classic on the Gold Coast.

TAB Sportsbet on Tuesday posted the Neville Layt-trained two-year-old at $3.60 ahead of Gillian Heinrich's Military Grace at $4.40.

Karuta Queen has left her rivals in her wake at her three starts, leading all the way to post victories at Rosehill twice and most recently in the $200,000 Wyong Magic Millions (1000m) on December 5.

Military Grace was second on debut at Flemington on Melbourne Cup day and was most impressive when winning the Listed Calaway Gal Stakes (1000m) at Eagle Farm on Saturday.

The Gerald Ryan-trained Schiffer, who chased Karuta Queen home on debut at Wyong, is third favourite for the 1200m feature on January 15 at $9.

Gai Waterhouse's Squamosa, who like Karuta Queen is by Not A Single Doubt, is the $3.60 favourite for the $1 million Magic Millions Guineas (1400m) on the same day.

The colt won his first three starts before he was a half-neck second to Toorak Toff in the Group One Golden Rose (1400m) at Rosehill on August 28.

The Rick Hore-Lacy-trained Toorak Toff is challenging Squamosa for Guineas favouritism at $3.80 with Toowoomba colt Spirit Of Boom third pick at $7.
