The future racing plans of Saturday’s Stradbroke Handicap winner Linton will not be made for a week or two.

Trainer John Sadler today told Racing Network he would be meeting with the owners in the next week to 10 days to sort out the path forward for Linton, the dashing last-to-first winner of Saturday’s $1.36 million Stradbroke Handicap (1400m).

“We’ve got a few options, whether we aim for the Cox Plate in the Spring, or the other options are to go to Hong Kong for the Mile on International Day, then go to Dubai for the Duty Free,” Sadler said.
