This sprinter/miler has been sparingly raced and is now looking to hit top gear. The chestnut filly also handles a range of track conditions which will no doubt come in handy if autumn follows summer and rain hangs around. The daughter of Handsome Ransom cleared maidens late last October, but hasn't greeted the judge since in five subsequent starts. However, she wasn't far away from the winner in three of those events. Promising apprentice Rory Hutchings hopped aboard her at Ellerslie on Derby day and the combo defeated four age-group rivals in the shadows of the post.
