This bloke resumed recently following a four-month break from the racetrack and he immediately caught my eye with a good effort fresh up to send punters reeling. The son of High Chaparral competed in an R70 lower grade event at the beachside settlement of Ruakaka versus just eight rivals. But he showed he was in for a fine 4YO campaign when comfortably beating them and returning odds in excess of 20/1 in the process. Chad Ormsby rode him a treat and the duo will be hard to hold out if they combine again in the near future.
