I've had enough of the vicious, spiteful nonsense oozing from the oily lips of the UK's racing handbag John McCririck, the bloke who dresses up like a clown and spits out venom and hatred against Australians. His watery-eyed sneering portrays what seems like a pathological hatred of Australia and Australians - shown very clearly by his disgusting attack on Luke Nolen, where he hissed that Luke would never get another international ride and that his 'brain fade' on Black Caviar was 'unforgivable'

I've had enough of the vicious, spiteful nonsense oozing from the oily lips of the UK's racing handbag John McCririck, the bloke who dresses up like a clown and spits out venom and hatred against Australians. His watery-eyed sneering portrays what seems like a pathological hatred of Australia and Australians - shown very clearly by his disgusting attack on Luke Nolen, where he hissed that Luke would never get another international ride and that his 'brain fade' on Black Caviar was 'unforgivable'. What's unforgivable is that this bloated old tosser gets air time to pass on his vomit. Hopefully, we will be spared having him set foot on Aussie soil this spring. His presence would stain the spring carnival.

It's now been revealed that Black Caviar sustained muscle tears and severe bruising during her narrow victory - and this is probably whyt she slowed suddenly when Luke Nolen asked her to 'coast' to the line. Co-owner Colin Madden says the race really knocked her around. ABC racecaller Gerard Whateley agrees the injuries make Black Caviar's win all the more heroic. "Everything it seems went wrong, so when Nolen eased up on her, he didn't expect her to stop virtually on the spot, and that's because she was in pain," he says. "So it will feel more rational in his mind now, the explanation as to why she did what she did...So rather than the immediate thought being that her brilliance is dulled and she's not the horse she has been ... this is a plausible, tangible explanation as to why she didn't run in the same manner that we have seen in the past."
