Fat lady still to sing...Sportsbet & Betfair seek appeal over NSW Race Fields decision

It ain't over till the fat lady sings...Corporate bookmaker Sportsbet and betting exchange Betfair have applied to seek special leave to appeal to the High Court of Australia in relation to last month's Federal Court ruling on the NSW Race Fields Legislation.Tony Noonan is still considering options for Ortensia after her strong fifth in the Hong Kong Sprint.
