Sad news...The funeral was held today of Bruce McClure (72), former racing writer for the Sunday Observer in Melbourne. Bruce had cancer. A highlight of his racing life was tipping the card at Kyneton in the 1970s. He worked for the Gold Coast Bulletin from 1982 until retiring in 2006.
