The Supreme Court battle to decide who'll ride Theseo in the Doncaster certainly ended up with egg on the face for Gai Waterhouse. The judge gave short shrift to her argument that Nash Rawiller was 'committed' to Theseo and that he should be taken from Rangirangdoo and put on Theseo. To her credit, Gai, having set off the grass fire and seen it hosed away, graciously accepted the judge's ruling and described it as fair. Not much else she could have said. A waste of everyone's time and her money.
