Once again, Black Caviar was amazing as she toyed with her rivals in Fri night's Reid Stakes at Moonee Valley. The victory means she is on the verge of becoming the highest-rated mare in the history of the World Thoroughbred Ratings. And that opinion comes from someone who should know - Racing Victoria chief handicapper Greg Carpenter. He says she'll break the towering international mark of 130 set by French mare Goldikova. GC is predicting a rating of 132 when the world's major handicappers get their heads together to discuss the Caviar sensation. And that's on Thursday next week!

Luke Nolen just let her drift to the finish line. TVN's on-camera lads admitted to a fleeting pang of concern when Nolen had to give the mare a tap or two but trainer Peter Moody says that was just to wake her up.
