Mark Kavanagh has admitted defeat with Shocking this time in. The Melbourne Cup winner's abscess problkem flared again on Friday morning and he is now OUT of Sat's Australian Cup and OUT of further autumn racing. Kav says Shocking will go for a spell and be brought back for a spring campaign.
