It was her 22nd winner in only 16 weeks of race riding. And she handled the big-race assignment with cool control. Allowing the well-backed 4YO to settle near the rear in the big field, Alannah pushed him up around the outside into the home straight - and from the 250m mark it was obvious she had the race won.
