Heaven knows where.
$4 best, $3.80 common.
Silly odds, win or lose, for such a risk. The $8 is probably right, but it ain't there!
And you can have some of Playing God in the Australian Cup at $8 if you like, on some bookies' websites. Even as small as $7 on one.
But I saw $12 this morning.
Yet that same bookmaker offers Ofcourseican at $7, while she's $8.50 on another big concern.
I can't say that any of these will win, but they all might.
What I am saying is that it behoves you to have an account with each of them, where you can put some cash if they offer the best odds on the horse you fancy. Credit betting is a way of getting into bother unless you know you can control it.
Stick to cash if you possibly can.
AND SO...
You stand to THROW AWAY $4 for every dollar you bet on Playing God.
And $1.50 for every dollar you bet on Ofcourseican.
It will be the difference at the end of the season between the winners and the losers.
It's called getting an edge.
And as for that $3.80 on Uate... well...
If you bet on that, it's time to quit and take up bowls...
