More bad news for Peter Moody...He is now facing stewards "heat" in Sydney as well as the Melbourne cobalt controversy, reports Racing Network.

Moody’s Sydney foreperson, Clare Cunningham, has been charged with failing to notify stewards of a change in riding tactics.

Saturday’s Randwick winner Koroibete was ridden aggressively by Jason Collett to lead, at one stage by six lengths, before going on to win the race.

Moody will be requested to give evidence regarding any riding instructions given to Cunningham.

Collett told stewards after the race Cunningham had instructed him to “let the horse roll”, which he interpreted as "leading".
