Melbourne Cup winner Almandin is the $2.70 favourite with TAB to win Saturday’s Zipping Classic.
“The Zipping Classic promises to be an absolute cracker this season with several Melbourne Cup runners having another run this campaign in the perfect way to wrap up the spring,” TAB’s Nick Quinn said.
“Three-year-old So Si Bon ($5.50) is the fascinating runner after finishing fourth in the Victorian Derby and is nominating for both feature races on Saturday.”
The Sandown Guineas is an open event with Morton's Fork ($3.50) a slight favourite.
