Richard Pegum's midas touch with imports was on display again on Saturday with the businessman sharing in the ownership of December Draw (Ire), who made a winning Australian debut at Flemington, while My Kingdom Of Fife (Ire) made it three stakes wins from as many starts in Australia with victory in the Group 2 Lend Lease Hollindale Stakes (1800m) at the Gold Coast, reports www.breednet.com.au.

It says: The Chris Waller-trained My Kingdom Of Fife (Kingmambo) was a surprising star of the recent Sydney Autumn carnival. The 6yo gelding arrived unheralded with a 150/1 shock in the Group 3 Royal Parma Stakes at Randwick then showed that was no fluke by fighting off the challenge of Doncaster Handicap (G1) heroine Sacred Choice in the Queen Elizabeth Stakes (G1).

Bred and raced by The Queen, My Kingdom Of Fife (picturded) descends from the Queen's 1000 Guineas (G1) and French Oaks (G1) heroine, Highclere (Busted).

Highclere is the dam of the wonderful broodmare Height Of Fashion. For Sheikh Hamdan, Height Of Fashion left Epson Derby hero Nashwan, Juddmonte International Stakes (G1) winner Nayef, the Group 2 winner and successful sire Unfuwain and Group 3 winner Alwasmi.

Another son of Height Of Fashion, Mukddaam (Danzig) stood with some success in Australia, his most notable performer being the Queensland Oaks (G1) winner Mon Mekki. One daughter of Highclere found her way to Australia and she made an immediate impact.

Wily Trick (Clever Trick) was one of three of the ten foals of Highclere to reach the racetrack who failed to win. She had four foals in Europe, producing two Stakes-placed winners, before being sent to Australia.
