Contributer has been priced as the early favourite to win this weekend’s Dato Tan Chin Nam Stakes , opening at $2.00 with TAB.
The Cleaner and The United States look the most likely to challenge, both at $6.00, while Mourinho is also tipped to be amongst the top hopes at $7.00.
“Contributer comes into the race having won the Group 1 feature event the Chipping Norton and the Ravnet Stakes at his past two outings, so is the deserving favourite,” said TAB’s Nick Quinn.
In Sydney’s Group 2, Hartnell has been priced as the $3.20 favourite to win the Chelmsford Stakes ahead of Kermadec, Pornichet and Royal Descent, all priced at $6.00.
“With plenty of runners that are prominent in feature race markets contesting it is sure to be a race that helps shape futures markets,” said Quinn.
