CLARE Lindop is considering returning to race riding next Wednesday at Morphettville. Lindop, who endured 15 broken ribs in a fall at Morphettville in early March, said she believes she is as fit as she can get outside what goes with race fitness.

“I’m pretty much ready to go in my fitness, the last bit is really race fitness,” Lindop said.

“Now it’s all about time when I come back. I’ll look at the nominations for next Wednesday. I really want to be ready to go for the start of next season.”

Lindop rode trackwork today at Caulfield, more as an exercise of letting trainers like Mick Price, Peter Moody, Robert Smerdon, who regularly send horses to Adelaide, that she is back, raring to go.

And, last Saturday she rode track work for Tony McEvoy at Angaston. (racing network)
