Miracles Of Life and Diamond Glow, two fillies right at the pointy end of the TAB's early Blue Diamond Market, head an impressive list of 12 nominations for the $120,000 Listed Patinack Farm Blue Diamond Fillies Preview (1000m) at Caulfield on Saturday.

Unbeaten in two starts in Adelaide, including an impressive nine-length last start win at Morphettville, the Daniel Clarken-trained Miracles Of Life is the current $7 Blue Diamond favourite despite the fact that she hasn't even been nominated for the $1 million two-year-old feature.

Gold Carat winner Diamond Glow, who is at $21 for the Blue Diamond despite also not being nominated, is one of three Peter Moody-trained entries for Saturday including impressive Ballarat winner Mystical Miss and interesting Northern Meteor first starter Bells A Ringing.

Other key nominations include the David Hayes duo of Merson Cooper Stakes victor Bulbula and Mount Zero, as well as an interesting pair of first starters from the astute Mick Price stable who took out last year's race with debutant Malasun.

Peter Moody again holds a strong hand in the colts and geldings edition of the Blue Diamond Preview (1000m) with four of the 15 entries.

Heading Moody's quartet is impressive last start Flemington runner-up Thermal Current, who joins a trio of well-bred debutants including two youngsters by leading first season sire Sebring and another by the all-conquering Fastnet Rock.

A further highlight on the traditional Australia Day program is the $120,000 Listed John Dillon Stakes (1400m) which features a strong list of 15 nominations headed by Dan O'Sullivan's in-form British General.

Should the lightly-raced son of General Nediym wish to make it four straight on Saturday, he could have to hold out the likes of Heath Conners' Schweppes Oaks winner Invest, Peter Moody's Highly Recommended, the Robbie Griffiths-trained Dash For Viz and Tony Vasil's pair of Under The Eiffel and Veewap.

Other notable entries on the program include Bart Cummings' Group 1 Flight Stakes winner Norzita who has been nominated for the 1100m three-year-old fillies plate and the Danny O'Brien-trained Group 1 Coolmore Stud Stakes placegetter Shamexpress who has been entered for the 0-89 1000m sprint.
