Rosehill Gardens is a thumb print shaped track of 2048 meters circumference, with a 408 meter final straight. It is the home of the Sydney Spring and Autumn racing carnivals and each year hosts at least 8 Group 1, 16 Group 2, and 8 Group three races. Among the Autumn races are: the Golden Slipper Stakes, the world’s richest race for two year olds, run over 1200m on the first Saturday in April. The Rosehill Guineas, a 2000m Group 1 set-weight race for 3 year olds. The BMW, a 2400m Group 1 weight-for-age. The Autumn Carnival is run over three consecutive Saturdays in April. Rosehill Gardens Racing and Events offers a breath-taking array of fine dining options. The Ascot Club, level 4 of the J. R. Fleming stand, offers diners three course bistro dining with full views of the track. The Bacardi Cocktail bar, level 4 of the J. R. Fleming stand and the Corporate suites on level 5 of the J. R. Fleming stand offer guests indoor and outdoor seating overlooking the winning post, full waiter service, and private betting TAB facilities upon request.
