Eagle Farm Racecourse is a heritage listed site. Its bent oval track is 2027 meters in circumference with a finishing straight f 434 meters. Races are run clockwise throughout the entire year; they vary in distance between 1000 and 3200 meters. Eagle Farm shares the iconic Winter Racing Carnival with its sister course Doomben (May – June). Upcoming feature races include: BTC Cup (a weight for age race over 1200m) – 3 May. The Queensland Oaks (3 year old Group 1 set-weight race over 2400m) – 31 May. And the Stradbroke Handicap (Group 1 open handicap over 1400m) – June 7. The Champions Bar Courtyard offers trackside views with a choice of contemporary menus and group packages. The James Boag Premium Birdcage features a viewing deck, garden, private tote, cocktail bar and sumptuous menus designed to complement the eponymous James Boag beers on offer. The Peacock Lane Fashion Marquee abuts the racecourse and plays host to the Fashions on the Field competition at the Stradbroke Race day – a 3 course plated meal and 3 hour beverage package is included. Course memberships and corporate suites are available through the Brisbane Racing Club.
