This sprinter loves heavy conditions and should be visiting the winner's circle at least once more before the firmer tracks of springtime become the norm. The son of One Cool Cat made his debut in June of this year and it wasn't long before he caught my eye when successful in maiden company at Hawera. He then put in a pair of decent enough performances prior to lining up at Otaki in late July where he shared the pace in an R65 event and proved too strong in the concluding stages. Fourth place was the best he could manage at New Plymouth, but he loves to race on the speed and an awkward start had him in catch up mode early on.
